About the project
APX Civil was engaged to complete civil finalisation works at the Mungara Rise residential subdivision in Cordeaux, NSW.
The project involved completing detailed earthworks and final shaping across areas of the development, preparing the subdivision for its next stage and ensuring finished surfaces, batters and surrounding areas were completed to the required design levels.
Detailed Earthworks
The APX Civil team carried out detailed excavation and earthworks throughout the subdivision, working across established areas of the development to complete the remaining civil works.
Careful excavation and trimming were undertaken to achieve the required finished levels while maintaining coordination with the surrounding subdivision infrastructure.
Batter Construction & Final Trim
Detailed batter work formed an important part of the project, with APX operators shaping and trimming sloped areas throughout the development.
Using experienced operators and suitable plant, the team completed the batters to the required profiles, creating clean, consistent transitions between different site levels
Subdivision Finalisation Works
With the major subdivision works already progressed, APX Civil's role focused on completing the remaining earthworks and bringing unfinished areas to their required final condition.
This required precise work around existing infrastructure and completed sections of the development while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Project Completion
The completed works helped bring the Mungara Rise subdivision closer to final completion, providing finished earthworks and properly formed batters ready for the following stages of the development.
